How to reach Interior Design Germany

Interior Design Germany has one contact channel, the editorial email address info@interior-design.com.de, and the editorial team answers in English or German within the response times listed in the table below. The site has no telephone line, no postal correspondence address and no contact form, because email leaves a written record and allows a reader to attach a lease clause, a quote or a photograph.

Reason for writingWhat speeds up the answerReply within

Corrections are the most useful messages

Corrections matter most to the editorial team because the articles quote dimensions, decibel values, court case numbers and prices that readers apply to real flats and real invoices. A reader who finds that a DIN value, a BGB section or a price no longer matches the cited source should send the article link and the page that shows the newer value. The editorial policy explains how corrections are marked in the article.

What the editorial team does not answer

The editorial team does not assess individual leases, quotes, floor plans or disputes, does not recommend contractors, lawyers, kitchen studios or shops, and does not reply to offers of paid articles, link placements or press releases. Questions about a specific tenancy in Germany belong with a tenants' association (Mieterverein) or a lawyer (Rechtsanwalt), and questions about a building application belong with an architect.

Messages are kept for as long as the correspondence needs and are not added to any mailing list; the privacy page describes the handling of email data.
